How to read this coverage safely
Medical disclaimer
Longevity Graded grades longevity and anti-aging telehealth for a general audience. The sections below explain exactly what that reading can and cannot do for your health decisions. Last reviewed 2026.
Written to inform, not to treat
Every review, grade, protocol summary, and explainer on Longevity Graded exists to help you understand the longevity landscape — how a provider works, what a therapy claims, where the evidence sits. None of it is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment plan tailored to you. Reading a page here is not the same as being examined, and it should never replace a conversation with someone who can actually evaluate your history.
Bottom line: treat this site as a well-sourced starting point for questions, not as a verdict on your care.
No clinician-patient relationship is created here
Browsing, subscribing, emailing us, or following a link from Longevity Graded does not make anyone here your doctor, and it forms no professional relationship of any kind. The analyst behind these reviews writes for readers in general, cannot see your labs or chart, and has no way to account for the details that make your situation yours.
Bottom line: the only person who can advise you is a clinician who has actually assessed you.
Talk to a licensed clinician before you change anything
Longevity routines touch real physiology, and small changes interact with the medications and conditions you already carry. Before you begin, adjust, or stop any supplement, peptide, NAD+ or other longevity protocol, hormone therapy, or prescription — including anything you first read about on Longevity Graded — run it past a licensed healthcare professional who knows your history. That advice matters most if you are pregnant or nursing, managing a chronic illness, or taking other drugs.
Bottom line: a qualified clinician signs off first; our pages inform the conversation, they don't end it.
Results are individual, never promised
Anti-aging and longevity outcomes vary enormously from one person to the next, and much of the field is still early science. Any grade, projection, or example we publish describes what has been reported under particular conditions — not what will happen for you. “Optimize,” “reverse,” and “extend lifespan” are marketing language wherever they appear, and a high grade from us is an assessment of a provider against our rubric, not a guarantee of any health result.
Bottom line: read every anti-aging claim, ours included, as a possibility rather than a promise.
Supplements, compounded drugs, and “research use only” peptides
Dietary supplements are not reviewed by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and their marketing claims are not evaluated the way drug claims are. Prescription and compounded products — including many peptide and hormone protocols in the longevity space — require a licensed prescriber and appropriate monitoring, and a compounded formulation is not an FDA-approved product. Peptides sold as “research use only” or “not for human consumption” are labeled that way for a reason; that language is a warning, not a loophole.
Bottom line: the regulatory status of a product is part of its risk, so check it before you buy or inject anything.
In an emergency, skip the website
Longevity Graded is not equipped to help with urgent or worsening symptoms. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department. Never delay care or ignore professional guidance because of something you read on this site.
Bottom line: when it's urgent, call emergency services — not us.
Third-party information and the limits of our accuracy
We cite studies, provider materials, and outside sources to show our work, but a citation or a link is not an endorsement of that source or of any product it describes. We check details against each provider's own materials when we grade, yet prices, protocols, and availability change without notice, and no source is guaranteed to be complete or current. Confirm anything that matters directly with the provider and with your own clinician before acting on it.
Bottom line: verify the details that affect your health at the source, because we can't warrant they're still accurate.
