These terms set out what you can expect from Longevity Graded and what we expect from you. Read them before you rely on anything here. Last reviewed 2026.
Using the site means accepting these terms
When you read, browse, or otherwise use Longevity Graded, you agree to the terms on this page. If any part doesn't sit right with you, the answer is simple — don't use the site. We may revise these terms as the site grows, and continuing to use it after a change means you accept the version then in effect.
Bottom line: staying on the site is how you agree to the current terms.
You need to be 18 or older
Longevity Graded covers prescription-adjacent longevity and anti-aging medicine, so it is meant for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms. The site isn't built for minors and isn't directed at them.
Bottom line: this is adult reading, and you're telling us you qualify.
Information only, not professional advice
Everything on Longevity Graded — reviews, letter grades, rankings, and explainers — is editorial opinion and general information about longevity telehealth. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship with you. A grade reflects how a provider or therapy scores against our published rubric at a moment in time; it is not a promise of results or a recommendation to start any treatment. For the health specifics, our medical disclaimer goes further, and a licensed clinician should sign off on any decision.
Bottom line: use our grades to get informed, then get professional advice before you act.

We work to keep grades, prices, and program details current, but we don't warrant that they are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, and details can change without notice.

Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Longevity Graded and anyone involved in producing it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages, or for any loss or harm arising out of your use of — or reliance on — the information, grades, or links published here. You use the site, and act on what you read, at your own risk.

We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content, products, pricing, or privacy practices. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and their terms — not ours — govern once you leave. Confirm anything that matters directly with the provider.

What's ours
The reviews, grades, rubric, written content, layout, and wordmark on Longevity Graded are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. You're welcome to quote a short excerpt with clear attribution and a link back, but republishing substantial portions, or reusing our grading framework, needs our written permission first.
Bottom line: quote us with credit; don't copy us wholesale.
Covering us for your misuse
If your misuse of Longevity Graded, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights leads to a claim, you agree to indemnify and hold Longevity Graded and those who produce it harmless from the resulting costs, losses, and reasonable legal fees.
Bottom line: if your actions create the problem, they don't become ours.
The law that applies
These terms, and any dispute connected to Longevity Graded, are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Bottom line: New York law governs, and New York courts decide.
